We’ve hit the ground running into 2019! Since the holidays, it’s been one cool adventure after another. This last week we decided to advantage of the beautiful snow here in Flagstaff and we hit the slopes at Arizona Snowbowl and we also did some Cross Country Skiing. There’s nothing else like it when you’re gliding through the forest on a trail of white fluff embracing the exhilerating beauty of the peaks and calm surroundings, it was like a winter wonderland. And it was an unbelievable workout! We were using muscles we never even knew existed. Many of the clients had never cross-country skied before and this was an adventure that instantly became a new fav of the group.
