Cade Stober brings hands-on leadership and a deep commitment to client success as Program Director. He manages the operational rhythms of residential life—scheduling, staffing, community norms, and daily structure.
Having worked closely with young men in recovery, Cade understands the importance of consistency, accountability, and genuine connection. He builds lasting relationships with clients and families throughout treatment.
