About Ian

Ian Foster leads Back2Basics’ culinary program, believing that how we feed ourselves reflects how we care for ourselves. Through cooking classes, nutritional education, and daily meal preparation, clients learn food is both medicine and creative outlet.

Ian creates a welcoming, educational kitchen environment—many clients discover real confidence and creativity through cooking for the first time.

Proper nutrition is especially critical in early recovery, when the body is healing. Ian ensures every meal supports both physical recovery and emotional well-being.
