This week was good. We played an epic game of mafia and we went on a trip to the Tonto Natural Bridge State Park. We stayed busy and learned to make some delicious food in our culinary class, worked out at the gym, hopped into the hot tub and had a relaxing time meditating with staff and peers. The group had plenty of laughs and everyone on looking at the root of our problems. Each step is progress. It may not sound like much, but our week was full with activities and working on ourselves.
