This week was very challenging. First we hiked the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and I didn’t think I would make it. The beauty of it was astounding however. We then built fences another day to keep cattle from the water sources which was quite fulfilling. My appendix was inflamed that night and I couldn’t sleep. I went to the hospital the next morning and the doctor told me I couldn’t continue the trip. On the way back home the outdoor guide stopped by Big Al’s and I got a blueberry milkshake!
