It was brought to my attention that I love change. When things are always changing that’s my ‘go to’. I hate being bored and I hate being depressed, and lately I have been going through that stage. I love to push people’s buttons and trigger them as well. It has come to my attention that kind of  behavior excites me. So lately I have been practicing staying consistent and not doing that. I have been learning when and how to set boundaries with other clients and learning how to deal and take other client’s boundaries into consideration. Lately it has been helping me get vulnerable with every single client and gets me on a known basis with each client. Staying consistent has been hard but it is definitely something I am going to keep working on throughout my life.
